REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS THEREFORE ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will honor size exchanges for exact product only . Product must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Tags must be intact. 

Damages and issues

 All products are inspected before shipping. On the rare occurrence we ship the incorrect item, we will correct your order upon receipt of original item shipped. Cost of return shipping is not refunded. 

Planet 71 will not be responsible for any packages lost or damaged during shipping.
